"There was one thing called 'The Lesson' -- Heaven pity me, that I ever saw it! Listen -- can you fancy a squatting circle of nameless dog-like things in a churchyard teaching a small child how to feed like themselves?"
- Pickman's Model
This gives me as the artist bit of mixed feelings. It clearly more... gruesome than the rest of my Lil' Jack drawings. There's something about a huge predator teaching a human child to eat raw meat that disturbs most people on a conceptual level. Still, I feel it gives some insight to Jack's life with Bunny. Bunny may have gone from flowers and painted eggs into a creature of nightmares, but he's still making sure his kit doesn't go hungry.
I hope you don't mind me saying.....
This is both a little gross and very adorable.
I loved to cut big pieces of flesh out of the animals and eating it raw and bloody. For some People itīs gross, but my dad teached me to appreciated fresh, raw, meat. It taste very good ad is very tender! Almost melt on your tongue.
So, okay, I used a knife to cut pieces out of the killed animals, but I still ate it raw and freshly killed *shrug*
Btw, only do it with "red meat" (Is it called re meat in english?).
As the how and why Bunny is this way, I honestly have only a vague idea myself. I imagine that Pitch Black unleashed fearlings on Bunny and they transformed Bunny the same way as they did Pitch himself. He's still the same person, but... How to explain this? Let's say it's the same system, but running on different settings. Some things have been repressed (like his Guardian mentality), some enhanced (his animal instincts and fighter's reflexes) and some added (fearlings' predatory nature).
